Order Processing Policies
All items are subject to availability. If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated ship date.
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is correct. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with details of your order within a few minutes of completing your order online. You will receive another email to advise when your order has shipped. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you by e-mail.
If your item is a gift, let us know via the “Special Delivery Instructions” and we will include a gift card.
If you have a specific request or need your items by a specific date, please contact us. We’ll do our best to make it happen.
Paraben Free Beauty typically ships your product order within 24 hours via U.S. Priority Mail.
On orders where the subtotal (before fees and taxes) is $100 or more, shipping is free.
At this time, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States.
All items will ship together unless otherwise requested.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
We want you to love your Paraben-Free Beauty merchandise! If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection. Or, return the unused merchandise for credit within 14 days of receipt.
If an item has not been opened, it may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt.
A Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained and is required for all returns.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Paraben-Free Beauty reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without a valid RA# or with visible usage.
We will notify you via email of your credit once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
We regret that we cannot refund post and packaging costs. We will, of course, refund these if the goods arrived damaged or in error. Please note that refunds for gifts can only be given to the original payer, and that if you choose to exchange the item, we cannot withhold that information from the payer.
