Paraben-Free Beauty Shipping Information
Paraben Free Beauty typically packs and ships your product order within 24 hours. At checkout you have the option of delivery via UPS Ground or UPS Air.
On orders whose subtotal (before tax) is $100 or more, we ship for free (via UPS Ground.)
At this time, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States.
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If an item is backordered, we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated ship date. All items will ship together unless otherwise requested.
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is correct. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with details of your order within a few minutes of completing your order online. You will receive another email (with UPS Tracking Number) to advise when your order has shipped. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you by e-mail.
If your item is a gift, let us know via the "Special Delivery Instructions" at the bottom of the Check Out page, and we will include a gift card.
